Residents of the Almagor compound contacted our office to the jeweler to find an entrepreneur to carry out a construction evacuation deal.
The Tel Aviv municipality declared the Sharet neighborhood a neighborhood designated for evacuation and construction, as well as writing time for submitting plans for the deal. After receiving the tenants' consent, the company received requests for proposals and after negotiations were received, negotiations were held to upgrade the proposal and the technical specifications to be attached to the apartment.
As part of the deal, the tenants will receive an additional 55 sq.m.
