The building is being declared by the municipality and the government for the construction of 400 new housing units.
The complex includes 3 towers of 30 floors and 2 buildings of 10 floors. The complex is in the stages of signing tenants for evacuation and construction agreements.
As part of the agreements we reached with the developer, the tenants will receive new apartments of sizes ranging from 25 square meters to 50 square meters of their existing apartment + plus a sun terrace about 12 square meters + parking.
All apartments will be raised to higher floors and will face a view.
