Urban Renewal

The firm accompanies and represents public and private companies, developers, contractors and tenants in eviction and construction projects and TAMA 38, with a total scope of over 11,000 new housing units in the following cities: Tel Aviv, Ramat Gan, Givatayim, Bat Yam, Rishon LeZion, Yehud, Hadera-Givaat Olga, Nes Ziona, Ashkelon, Ashdod, Haifa, Nahariya, Jerusalem, K. The professional experience of the lawyers at the firm, and their specific specialization in urban renewal projects, extends to legal representation that includes support throughout the entire process and project, starting from the preliminary inspections phase, negotiations between developers and contractors and tenants, formulating the initial feasibility, signing agreements, reporting to tax authorities, preparing plans, discussions before planning and construction committees, issuing permits, banking support, evicting tenants until the project is completed, handing over the new apartments to the apartment owners, and registering the rights.

Planning and Construction

Accompanying plans until they are approved by planning institutions. Representation in objection proceedings; in hearings in local, regional and national planning institutions. Representation in objections; in appeals before the Planning and Building Appeals Committees and other relevant planning institutions; and in administrative appeals.

Litigation

The firm has extensive knowledge and experience in legal litigation. Attorney Adato specializes in land expropriation proceedings and has been very successful in petitions for compensation for land expropriations, and even succeeded in changing mandatory legislation before a panel of 7 Supreme Court judges.

 

The firm has represented and continues to represent clients in numerous lawsuits for impairment as a result of the approval of a harmful plan under Section 197 of the Planning and Building Law and has won countless lawsuits and rulings that have created legal precedents.

 

The firm has specific expertise in civil lawsuits as well as partnership dissolutions, evictions of protected tenants and holders, lawsuits against the Israel Land Authority, damage aspects, and more.
